Crop a shipping label PDF to 4 × 6.
Carriers like Yodel, Evri, and Royal Mail send labels on an A4 page surrounded by instructions. Drop the PDF, drag the box over the label, and download a 4 × 6 inch PDF ready for your thermal label printer. Got several labels in one file? Add each page and download them as a single ready-to-print PDF. Stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a server.

Tips for a clean print
- Barcodes stay sharp. The crop is done inside the PDF itself, not as a screenshot, so text and barcodes keep full print quality at any resolution.
- Print at 100%. In your printer dialog choose "Actual size" or set scale to 100%. "Fit to page" can shrink the barcode and make it harder to scan.
- Works with any carrier. Yodel, Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, InPost, Parcelforce, Amazon, eBay, and Vinted labels all work. If the label is not on the first page, use the page arrows under the preview.
- Several labels, one PDF. For a multi-page PDF, crop each label and hit "Add this page" as you go. They are combined into a single PDF in page order, so you print the whole batch in one go instead of opening a file per label.
- Made for thermal label printers. 4 × 6 inch is the standard size for Rollo, MUNBYN, Phomemo, Zebra, and Dymo 4XL printers. Pick A6 if your label rolls are 105 × 148 mm.
